Healthy Eating and Gentle Play

Young children love to play superheroes…and we know how rough it can sometimes be! So here is a show promoting healthy eating and safe play techniques. We use positive Superhero stories, songs, and role plays.

This is a wonderful musical show with great costumes coming out of the “Superhero Suitcase” for child participation. The children dress up, rap and dance their way through the show. They have lots of fun while learning important messages about caring for themselves and others.
